Our team of professionals dedicated to the practice of Consumer Relations is prepared to assist both the entrepreneur and the consumer, working in the entire branch of Consumer Law.

 

The office's scope of work in this practice involves:

 

  • Assistance in the implementation of recalls in all its aspects, particularly in the analysis of their appropriateness, summons and resulting administrative / judicial procedures;

  • Performance in administrative procedures and relevant experience in the signing of Terms of Conduct Adjustment (TCA) before consumer protection agencies in all spheres of the Federation;

  • Advisory performance in matters of responsibility, commercial practices and contractual protection, through the elaboration of legal opinions;

  • Preparation, review and analysis of consumer contracts;

  • Judicial performance in individual and collective consumer actions, notably public civil actions and collective actions proposed by the Public Ministry, by consumer associations and others legitimate.
